একটোপিক গর্ভাবস্থা

জরায়ুর বাইরে শরীরের কোনও অংশে, সাধারণত ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউবে, অথবা জরায়ুর গুরুতরভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অংশে, জাইগোট যখন নিজেকে রোপণ করে, তখন একটি এক্টোপিক গর্ভাবস্থা ঘটে।

অসুস্থতার লক্ষণ

- যোনিপথে রক্তপাত।
- প্রচণ্ড ব্যথা।
- মাথা ঘোরা বা অজ্ঞান হয়ে যাওয়া।

ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব ফেটে যাওয়ার ফলে নিম্নলিখিতগুলি হতে পারে:
- নিম্ন রক্তচাপ।
- কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, ডায়রিয়া বা পেটে ব্যথার মতো বাটির সমস্যা।

এক্টোপিক গর্ভাবস্থার সম্ভাবনা বেশি থাকে যদি:

- জন্মগতভাবে বিকৃত ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব।
- যৌনবাহিত রোগ বা পূর্ববর্তী আঘাতের কারণে ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব বা জরায়ু ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে।
- কিছু একটা আপনার ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউবকে বাধা দিচ্ছে, যেন অস্বাভাবিক বৃদ্ধি।
- এন্ডোমেট্রিওসিসে ভুগছেন।
- সিগারেট বা অন্যান্য তামাকজাত দ্রব্য ধূমপান করছেন।

- ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব ফেটে না গেলে মেথোট্রেক্সেট ওষুধ এবং ল্যাপারোস্কোপিক সার্জারি।
- ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউব ফেটে গেলে বা ফেটে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি থাকলে কেবল ল্যাপারোস্কোপিক সার্জারি।

Ectopic Pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy occurs when the zygote implants itself to a part of the body outside of the uterus, most commonly the fallopian tubes, or in a heavily scarred part of the uterus.

Symptoms

- Vaginal bleeding.
- Immense pain.
- Dizziness or fainting.

Rupturing of the fallopian tube may lead to:
- Low blood pressure.
- Issues with the bowl such as constipation, diarrhoea, or abdominal pain.

Ectopic pregnancy has a higher chance of occurring if:

- Born with an deformed fallopian tube.
- Thefallopian tubes or uterus is damaged from STIs or previous injuries.
- Something is blocking your fallopian tubes like some sort of abnormal growth.
- Having Endometriosis.
- Smoking cigarrettes or other tobacco products.

Possible Treatments (please consult with a doctor):

- Methotrexate medication and Laparoscopic surgery in cases of unruptured fallopian tubes.
- Only laparoscopic surgery in case of ruptured or at risk of rupturing fallopian tubes.
